“STARS WALK THE WALK FOR CHARITY”
Jessie participated in the 4th Annual Country Weekly Fashion Show today to support Musicians On Call, a nonprofit organization with the mission of bringing music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities.
Some of country’s favorite artists, including Clay Walker, Pam Tillis, Aaron Tippin and Bucky Covington, took to a different kind of stage as they strutted their stuff on the catwalk for the 4th Annual Country Weekly Fashion Show and Concert, held today (June 8th) at the Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville. The event raised funds and awareness for Musicians On Call, a nonprofit organization with the mission of bringing music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities.
After Midnite’s Blair Garner and Joe Nichols kicked off the event with an interview, followed by a three song acoustic set during which Joe performed hits “Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off,” “The Impossible” and his latest No. 1, “Gimmie That Girl.”
Luke Bryan was up next with a short acoustic set of songs including his No. 1, “Do I,” and current hit single, “Rain Is A Good Thing.”
Clay and GAC’s Suzanne Alexander—who shared great chemistry on stage—introduced the artists walking the walk for charity, including Whitney Duncan, Danielle Peck, Aaron and wife Thea Tippin, Pam, Trailer Choir, Burns & Poe, Blaine Larsen, Bucky, Bo Bice, Katie Armiger, Julie Roberts, Cowboy Troy, Carter Twins, Coldwater Jane, Jesse Lee, Jessie James, John Carter, Brian Stace, Jeremy Crady, Gwen Sebastian, Sarah Darling and Johnny Gates of The Invite.
Brett Eldredge, Bucky, Clay, Whitney, Bo and Trailer Choir were among the artists who treated the crowd to acoustic sets after the Fashion Show.
The Country Weekly Fashion Show and Concert is sponsored by Durango, Wrangler, Roper, Silpada Designs and Lifetime Television.
